About fileAI

Our Structure

fileAI is a B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by Bluesheets Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore. We provide AI-powered document processing and automation solutions to enterprise customers globally, with significant operations in Asia, Australia, and the United States.

Our Business Model

As a technology company, fileAI operates primarily as a software platform with minimal physical supply chains. Our business consists of:

a. Development and delivery of cloud-based software services
b. Use of third-party cloud infrastructure providers
c. Limited procurement of professional services, software licenses, and office equipment
d. Employment of technology professionals, primarily software engineers, product managers, and business operations staff

Modern Slavery Risks in Our Operations and Supply Chain

Risk Assessment

We have conducted a preliminary assessment of modern slavery risks in our operations and supply chain. Given the nature of our business, we consider our direct modern slavery risk to be low. However, we recognize potential risks in the following areas:

Direct Operations

Our Employees: We employ skilled technology professionals in professional office environments. We assess the risk of modern slavery in our direct workforce as very low. All employees are hired through formal employment contracts with competitive compensation, benefits, and working conditions that comply with applicable labor laws.

Supply Chain

Our supply chain is limited but includes the following categories where modern slavery risks may exist:

a. Cloud Infrastructure Providers: We rely on major cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) for hosting and infrastructure. While these providers have their own modern slavery policies and due diligence programs, we recognize that data center construction and hardware manufacturing supply chains may present modern slavery risks.

b. Software and Technology Vendors: We procure software licenses and technology services from third-party vendors. The hardware and electronics supply chains underlying these services may present risks, particularly in manufacturing and raw material extraction.

c. Professional Services: We engage consultants, contractors, and professional service providers. We assess this risk as low given the professional nature of these services.

d. Office Operations: We procure limited office equipment, furniture, and supplies. Manufacturing and production of these goods may present modern slavery risks in certain regions and industries.
