fileAI — 2025 Year in Review

2025 was a year of compounding execution and scale for fileAI.

As enterprise adoption of AI accelerated, the need for reliable, deterministic data infrastructure became increasingly clear. fileAI remained focused on a single problem: enabling teams to extract structured, usable intelligence from large volumes of unstructured files — at scale, in production.

Operating at Scale

Over the course of the year, fileAI processed 1 billion+ files across live enterprise environments.

These files supported operational, financial, and compliance-driven workflows, where consistency, auditability, and repeatability are required. At this level of usage, performance is measured over time and across systems, not in isolated results.

The platform operated at increasing scale across production environments, supporting complex enterprise workflows and high-volume, unstructured data. The underlying approach remained unchanged: deterministic outputs, observable processing, and infrastructure designed for real-world complexity.

Product Progress

Throughout the year, fileAI continued to expand its core capabilities around deterministic file understanding, workflow-level intelligence, and open APIs designed for integration into existing enterprise systems.

The focus remained deliberate — file intelligence that performs predictably under production conditions and fits into how enterprises already operate.

Market Recognition

During 2025, fileAI was recognised across multiple industry and ecosystem channels, including:

  • Named to Singapore AI20, a curated list highlighting the most impactful AI companies operating in and from Singapore

  • Featured by Tech in Asia in its Top Companies to Watch list

  • Four nominations at the Xero Global App Partner Awards, and named Best Partner App of the Year

  • A featured interview with the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) discussing enterprise AI adoption

  • Inclusion in a Global AI Founder Report focused on infrastructure-led approaches to AI

Ecosystem and Partnerships

Partnerships continued to support platform reach and deployment in 2025, including ongoing collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) through joint initiatives and ecosystem events.

These partnerships support how fileAI is deployed, integrated, and scaled across enterprise cloud environments.

Looking Ahead to 2026

In 2026, fileAI will extend how teams interact with file-level intelligence.

Planned product work includes deeper queryability, greater developer extensibility, and the introduction of FQL (File Query Language) — designed to provide a structured interface to enterprise files across workflows and systems.

The focus remains unchanged: reliable, production-grade file intelligence built for enterprise scale.

Closing

Thank you to our customers, partners, and team for the continued trust and execution throughout 2025.

Here’s to an even stronger 2026.
