All existing fileAI customers with an active account are eligible to participate. Referrals must be new to fileAI, not an existing customer or someone already in contact with our team.

Simply submit a short referral form with your details and your contact’s email address. Our team will reach out directly to your referral to arrange a demo or onboarding.

If your contact signs up on their own, they can include your name or company in the sign-up form so we can properly credit the referral to you.

You don’t need to be the expert. Just share your contact’s details, our team will handle the rest, including the demo, onboarding, and support.

A referral counts when someone you’ve introduced signs up for fileAI and becomes a paying customer. Trial sign-ups or demo requests alone don’t qualify for rewards.

As a referrer, you’ll receive an Amazon gift card, with the value increasing as you make more successful referrals. Your referee will also receive free fileAI credits when they sign up.

Our Customer Success team verifies all referrals at the end of each month. Once confirmed, you’ll receive your Amazon gift card digitally within 30 days. Rewards can’t be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

There is no limit, the more referrals you make, the more rewards you unlock.

Once your referral becomes a paying customer, our team will verify it and send your reward by email automatically.

If your referral signs up but doesn’t convert to a paid account, it won’t count toward referral rewards, but they’ll still receive free credits to try fileAI.

Self-referrals and duplicate submissions are ineligible. fileAI reserves the right to disqualify any referrals that are fraudulent or violate program terms.

Yes! We truly value your feedback and love hearing how fileAI helps your business. If you’re an active, legitimate fileAI customer, you can receive a $10 Amazon gift card as a thank-you for sharing your experience.

To qualify, simply leave a review on Google or G2, take a screenshot of your published review, and send it to our Customer Success team at cs@file.ai. Reviews are verified at the end of each month, and eligible customers will receive their gift card within 30 days. Rewards are only available for legitimate, active fileAI customers.
